Volunteers are critical to ensuring our students have the best elementary school experience possible, and our PTA offers many volunteer jobs to fit a variety of schedules and interests.  Please remember that you must have completed your MANDATORY Volunteer Training at least 48 hours prior to volunteering at SBCE.

Birthday Sign

Celebrate your student's birthday with a birthday announcement on the school's outdoor LED sign on State Bridge Road! The birthday name will be displayed for one (1) week starting on Monday. Half birthdays can be celebrated too for those summer birthdays :). The cost for this opportunity is $20 per birthday. When you sign up, please include the student's First name, Last Name Initial and birthday. ***All signups must be made at least 1 week in advance (on a Monday) to allow time for the information to be added to the weekly announcements on the outdoor LED sign.

Media Center Volunteers

Hi SBCE families! Dr. Jang is looking for some assistance in the Media Center with some tasks. If you love to be around books, have always wanted to become a Librarian, or just love to organize... this may be just the volunteer opportunity for you! The tasks include shelving books, organizing the Media Center, cataloging books, and helping to create a welcoming environment for our students.
